- School planning, which includes the school development plan, school budget and school fees
- How the school development plan sets the overall focus and direction for a school to improve student learning outcomes
- How the school budget provides funding to implement our school development plan
- School fees and why they are necessary
- Participate
- Participation in our school planning will be virtual. Our next Parent Council Meeting will be on February 24 at 5:30 (School Planning - Online Link) Please join us to learn more about school planning. There will also be an opportunity to provide feedback at this meeting.
- Share your perspectives through an online survey open from February 25, 2025 to March 11, 2025.
Watch this short video to learn about the planning work schools do to improve and support student learning.

Pink Shirt Day – February, 26
In response to a new Grade 9 student being bullied for wearing a pink shirt, two Nova Scotia high school students took a stand against bullying by distributing pink shirts to all the boys in their school to wear. This act of kindness has grown into a symbol against bullying in schools across the globe.
On Wednesday, Feb. 26, wear a pink shirt to help spread kindness and a sense of belonging!
Volunteers Needed
Grade 8 is off to visit the Telus Spark on April 8 and April 9, 2025 and we are looking for volunteers to support our grade 8 off-campus activities. Our students will have the opportunity to investigate the science behind the Mix and Flow of Matter.
Buses will depart Ernest Morrow at 9:30 AM and return by 2 PM. Please call the office if you are interested in volunteering at 403-777-7800
Take care and enjoy your weekend!
