Dear Parents and Guardians,

This week has been a very difficult one for our school community as we continue to process the loss of one of our students. Our thoughts remain with the student's family and loved ones during this incredibly challenging time.

I want to acknowledge and thank our staff and students for the care, compassion, and support they have shown one another throughout the week. In moments like this, the strength of our community becomes very clear. Staff have worked thoughtfully to support students, and many students have demonstrated kindness and empathy toward their peers.

We recognize that grief and loss can affect everyone differently and at different times. Our staff will continue to monitor and support students, and additional supports remain available for anyone who may need them. If you or your student would like to access these supports, please connect with the school.

Thank you to our families for your understanding, compassion, and partnership as we support our students and one another through this difficult time.
