Weekly Family Update

It has been a busy and positive week at Ernest Morrow School!

This week, we would like to recognize our Grade 8 team and the important work they do each day to support our students.

The Grade 8 teachers continue to work collaboratively to create meaningful learning experiences, build positive relationships, and ensure students are supported both academically and socially.

Their commitment to working together, sharing ideas, and responding to the needs of their students makes a meaningful difference in our school community. We appreciate the care, energy, and dedication they bring to their work each day.

Thank you to our students, staff, and families for continuing to contribute to a positive and supportive school community. It is through these collective efforts that we continue to make Ernest Morrow School a great place to learn and grow.

Parent-Teacher Conferences — November 9 and 10

Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on Monday, November 9, and Tuesday, November 10.

If you have not yet booked a conference, please connect with your child's homeroom (HR) teacher or contact the school office for assistance with booking a time.

We encourage all families to take this opportunity to connect with teachers and discuss their child's learning and progress.

School Council Fundraiser

Information about an upcoming School Council fundraiser will be sent home with students on Tuesday, November 3.

Please watch for this information and consider supporting our School Council and the important work they do for our school community.

Fall Break — November 11–15

A reminder that Fall Break runs from Wednesday, November 11, through Sunday, November 15.

There will be no school during this time.
